Week of Sept. 28- Oct. 2

The fourth graders have been learning about roots, stems, flowers, and stems --parts of the plant.

Did you know? That all living things depend on plants for food!

We did a taste lab today identifying all the parts of a plant.

stem-celery
root- carrot
fruit- apple and banana
leaves- lettuce

They had a blast!!

                                           

Also the progress of their plants has been remarkable!! Check out the plants that they have grown!
